Green Motion are seeking a keen and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join the ever-expanding team.

Responsibilities

Respond to franchisee / broker communications and requests
Assisting with processing of invoices
Reconciliation of supplier statements, and resolution of arising queries.
Reconciliation of customer accounts, and resolution of arising queries.
Charge backs – defending and management
Supply partner monthly billing – multiple currencies
Supply partner remittances – multiple currencies
Dealing with (and resolve) general invoice queries via phone or email
Produce monthly reports for manager
Assist with credit control management

Skills and Experience

Hold or working towards AAT Certificate or related accountancy qualification – Desirable
Experience using sage 200 - Desirable
Good Excel knowledge – Vlookups and pivot tables
Good understanding and experience of accountancy required
Good organisation skills
Excellent communications skills including both verbally and in writing
Ability to work to deadlines and manage their time effectively
