What if my plans change after booking?
If you’ve booked Premium Plus, you’re covered with free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up. Plus and Premium offer cancellation in line with our Terms and Conditions. Basic bookings are non-refundable and can’t be changed or cancelled. So if flexibility is important, Premium Plus gives you the peace of mind to change plans without the stress.
