To amend or extend your booking

Please note that all amendment requests must be made in writing and we are unable to accept or confirm amendments over the phone.

To amend an existing booking that has not yet started

If your rental has not yet started and you want to make an amendment, please use the “Help before your rental” form above or email [email protected]

To amend or extend a booking that has already started

If you have already collected your hire vehicle and you wish to extend or amend your rental, please contact the rental station that you booked from directly. Their contact details can be found on your rental voucher, or by visiting our location page and searching for your pick up location.

The Green Motion network are committed to delivering the very best service at market-leading rates. While we all strive to deliver a quality service, occasionally we understand things can go wrong. However, you can rest assured that when things do go wrong, we will do our very best to put things right.
