Job Specification

In your role, you will be responsible for increasing Green Motion and its partner brands’ direct to brand bookings by focusing on targeted email campaigns. You will also be responsible for email campaigns targeting new franchises to join the Green Motion and its partner brands.

Your main responsibilities will include taking the lead with the email marketing strategies from creation management to deployment.

The ideal candidate must have a good knowledge of and experience with Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the email and CRM platform (Salesforce)
  • Building multiple email campaigns through intelligent management of customer data by demographic, source market, nationality, language, etc.
  • Manipulate data to target specific segments / groups
  • Maintaining marketing databases and scheduling the email broadcasts.
  • Creating compelling email journeys and increasing engagement
  • Working with data, logic, and have an eye for detail to ensure the right people get the right message.
  • Ensuring all communications are in line with the brand guidelines and overall marketing strategies
  • Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
  • Drive demand via e-mail marketing and creating templates, campaigns, forms and automated emails to capture leads and provide reports on results obtained
  • Managing all data, ensuring our email distribution list is up-to-date at all times.
  • Carry out measure and conversation tests, along with reporting on campaign analysis
  • SMS marketing
  • Loyalty program – refining the loyalty program and growing customer base
  • Affiliate marketing

Person Specification / Experience

  • You will have solid experience in a similar digital marketing role with hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • You’re passionate about digital technology and proactively seek new trends, ideas, and ways to do things better.
  • You’re self-motivated and results-driven with a "take charge" attitude to manage the full end to end process of delivering emails.
  • You’re a problem solver – when issues come up, you look forward to working them out to get the job done.
  • You have experience with Content creation (across digital assets)
  • You love data – you can pull together campaign analysis to see what worked, what didn’t, and most importantly, what can be done better.
  • Great with words – ability to write engaging and capturing email content
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop & InDesign) – ideal but not essential
