We rented an SUV for 5 days. Great car, pretty much brand new, still with the new car smell. Easily got a family of 4 from Melbourne to Lorne, then along the great ocean road to the Twelve Apostles, then to Phillip Island via the Queenscliff car ferry, then back to Melbourne. Very happy with the service.

Great car rental experience! The staff is very professional and patient. Although I don't speak much English, the staff will still explain carefully. The car was in good condition and very new. If I have the opportunity to come back to Australia next time, I will definitely use their car rental service again!
