Marketing and Branding Director

Green Motion is looking for a dynamic Brand & Marketing Director to join our friendly and progressive team. The candidate will be responsible for the onward development of a clear and cohesive global marketing strategy, and bring it to life alongside the existing members of the marketing team.

We are looking for someone who can advance our vision for the Green Motion brand and incorporate it into everything they do - from evolving the brand identity, establishing tone of voice, helping to identify proactive campaigns that will boost the brand, and implementing strategies that will elevate Green Motion’s brand positioning.

The ideal candidate will be a leader who blends creativity and a hunger for data, with experience in growing an expert team, and a deep understanding of developing creative campaigns. They will be results-driven, and a big-ideas person who is able to bring results.

Some of the key roles and skills we are looking for within this job are:

  • Creating a strategic marketing plan that encompasses all communication methods, including but not limited to the Green Motion website, email campaigns, social media, events and exhibitions
  • Leading the development and implementation of new creative campaigns that will dramatically increase customer acquisition capabilities, whilst delivering value to our target customers
  • Having strong content creation experience; helping Green Motion stand out by ensuring top notch visual design, branding and advertising throughout all advertisement channels
  • Experience in concepting, testing and executing ideas tied to clear goals and ROIs.
  • Data-driven with the proven ability to make decisions through the use of data, testing and research, and prioritising the biggest growth opportunities
  • Key in-depth understanding of digital and social media platforms
  • A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Marketing Campaign Management (reporting, tracking, KPI delivery)
  • Strong deadline management and multitasking skills
  • Experience working within both B2B and B2C environments.

We are looking for someone with industry experience or at least 5 years of experience at Marketing Manager level or above. While a degree in a relevant discipline is desired, it is by no means essential, and we will look at previous experience in lieu of a degree.
