To amend an existing booking that has not yet started

Please note that all amendment requests must be made in writing and we are unable to accept or confirm amendments over the phone. If your rental has not yet started and you want to make an amendment, please use the “Help before your rental” form above or email [email protected]

To extend or amend a booking that has already started

If you have already collected your hire vehicle and you wish to extend or amend your rental, please contact the rental station that you booked from directly. Their contact details can be found on your rental voucher, or by visiting www.greenmotion.com/locations
