Europe’s Energy Society in London showcases electric vehicles with help from Green Motion Car Hire

On March the 21st, students and alumni at ESCP Europe Business School launched the ESCP Europe Electric Vehicle European Tour. The tour which began in London will also make its way through Berlin, Torino, Madrid and finally end in Paris.

Green Motion Car Hire in Central London, owned and operated by John Goh, supplied the Nissan Leaf’s which the students used to kick start their tour in London. Green Motion is the world’s first and currently only completely eco-friendly vehicle hire company, offering customers low emission, hybrid and electronic vehicles for daily and corporate rental. The international franchised company currently operates within 17 countries.

The aim of the tour is to raise awareness over the environmental benefits of driving electric vehicles, as well as their comfort and practicality. The UK alone could save up to 40% of energy if more individuals switched to electric vehicles. Such a small lifestyle change could have a massive impact on our planet!
