Green Motion held its 2018 International Conference, Gala Dinner & Awards in central London last week.

The Green Motion International Senior Management team, including the company's Founder and CEO, Richard Lowden, welcomed representatives from its worldwide franchise network from over 40 countries.

Richard Lowden and Chief Technology Office Chay Lowden gave presentations on the year's successes and the future developments that Green Motion has planned for 2019. The franchisees also attended breakout seminars on technology, social media, and the customer journey lead by Chay Lowden, Operations Director Naomi Suzuki, and Franchise Director Brenda Azua, who was joined by guest speaker Jesse Otta, author of Customer Service manual, 'From Mindless to Mindful'.

"This is our largest conference ever," said Richard Lowden. "It was a fantastic opportunity to spend time with our franchisees from all over the world, for them to meet our head office team, benefit from our informative seminars and of course, celebrate the successes of the year and focus on our future objectives."

Following the International Conference, Green Motion held its annual Award Ceremony. The awards are designed to celebrate individuals, franchise locations, and franchise countries within the Green Motion network. The award categories covered several topics including branding, the environment, and delivering the highest levels of customer service.

Franchise countries that won awards included Green Motion Greece, Netherlands, Italy, the U.K., Croatia, Czech Republic, Iceland, Greece, Finland, Poland, Sweden, and operations in the United States.

The "Dedication to Green Motion Award" was presented to the Gantzias family, owners of Green Motion Greece. This prestigious award recognises the franchise that has remained consistently dedicated to driving the Green Motion brand to increasing levels of success.

"The awards ceremony was a fantastic event, giving us the opportunity to mark the successes and triumphs of the Green Motion franchise family," said Lowden.

Green Motion Supply Partners Rentalcars, CarTrawler, and Expedia also presented customer service awards.
