Environmentally focused car rental company Green Motion announced this week the expansion of the brand into the Asia Pacific region with the launch of Green Motion Australia and New Zealand.
The two Green Motion Master Country Franchises were acquired by entrepreneur Sri Kodali (pictured, right).
With a wealth of experience in the car rental and mobility space, Sri and his team were looking to establish a well known brand in the two countries. With the environment and climate change currently at the forefront of consumer and business minds, the unique Green Motion brand, as well as the industry leading systems, training facilities, and operational and marketing support provided to Green Motion franchisees attracted Sri and his team to the brand.
Green Motion Founder and CEO Richard Lowden said, "November is turning out to be a very successful month for Green Motion, with us not only having our most successful World Travel Market yet, along with the launch of our new Franchise Training Facility here in the United Kingdom, but now I also have the pleasure to formally announce the expansion of our brand into Australia and New Zealand, which brings our worldwide franchise network to 47 countries."
"I am delighted to welcome on board our franchise partner in Australia, Sri Kodali, who is an incredibly capable entrepreneur, with a vast amount of travel industry experience. I have absolutely no doubt that Sri will make a massive success of developing and expanding the Green Motion brand in Australasia."
