Green Motion Celebrates International Women’s Day 2026: Giving to Gain Gender Equality

On International Women’s Day 2026, Green Motion joins organisations around the world in celebrating the achievements of women and recognising the importance of continued progress towards gender equality.

This year’s theme, Give To Gain, highlights the power of generosity and collaboration. When individuals and organisations give their time, knowledge, support, and opportunities, they help create environments where women can thrive. Giving is not about losing something; it’s about multiplying opportunity and strengthening communities, businesses, and industries.

The campaign encourages people to contribute in meaningful ways, whether through mentorship, advocacy, education, visibility, or simply supporting the development of others. When women succeed, everyone benefits.

Leading by Example

While many industries, including mobility and automotive, have historically been male-dominated, Green Motion is proud to be helping change that narrative.

The company’s Senior Leadership Team is majority female, with four women and three men guiding the organisation’s global strategy. This balance reflects Green Motion’s commitment to recognising talent and leadership regardless of gender while creating an environment where diverse perspectives can shape the future of mobility.

By providing opportunities and supporting professional growth, the organisation continues to foster a culture where people are encouraged to contribute, collaborate, and succeed.

Leadership Perspectives

To mark International Women’s Day, Green Motion has released a short conversation featuring Isabel Williams, Chief Marketing Officer, and Brenda Azua, Chief Operating Officer for the Americas.

In the video, the two leaders reflect on their experiences as women in senior leadership roles within the mobility industry and share perspectives on leadership, opportunity, and supporting the next generation.

A Collective Effort

Advancing gender equality requires a collective effort. By giving support, sharing knowledge, and creating opportunities, organisations and individuals can help build a more inclusive and connected future.

This International Women’s Day, Green Motion celebrates the women across its global network who continue to drive progress and inspire the next generation of leaders.
