Green Motion Sales and Technologies Director Chay Lowden presented at the 2018 International Car Rental Show in Las Vegas today. Chay was joined by industry colleagues to give a vision of how car rental will change in the next few years.

Chay had the opportunity to present the Green Motion journey to counterless vehicle rental, introducing a full suite of new products including Green Motion's revolutionary new app, new Sign & Go service (fast track) and Key & Go service.

Through Green Motion's new app, customers are able to fully pre-register their information, which allows them to benefit from frictionless car rental experience. Once they have registered with the app, they can select the Sign & Go service which permits them to jump the queue at any one of the Green Motion locations worldwide. On arrival at the counter, they simply need to sign, and then go.

Green Motion's new Key & Go service goes one stage further, allowing customers to by-pass the counter entirely and access their key from a dedicated vending locker. They simply present their unique code to the vending machine and once verified, the machine will dispense the key along with the location of the vehicle.
