New flights open from Gatwick and Manchester to Montenegro from 16th June 2016

Montenegro’s beauty has not gone unnoticed by the yacht set, but new flights from Gatwick and Manchester have opened up the quieter stretches of its stunning coastline from the summer.

The new flights are opening with EasyJet, from Gatwick to Tivat starting from 16th June (flights from Manchester launched earlier this year).

Flights from Gatwick to Tivat, have already gone on sale and the airline will operate two flights a week throughout the summer, on Mondays and Thursdays.

Easyjet's Commercial Manager, Neil Slaven expressed his delight at adding another new country to their list of holiday destinations.

He said: "We expected that this new route will not take long to become a firm favourite as an easy and affordable summer destination, we believe there is a real demand for this flight from Gatwick to Tivat.

"With its Mediterranean climate and a vibrant coastline littered with beaches, Montenegro is a truly up and coming destination which will provide more than a match for the long-established med resorts."
