Nissan have forecasted that within the next decade, the price of EV and convention cars will equalise

Nissan executives are forecasting that it won’t be too long before the cost of purchasing a conventional, hybrid or electric car will be roughly the same.

Nissan stated that since EV’s have started to extend their ranges and there have been more charging stations alongside roads, people’s opinions of electric vehicles has turned to one of acceptance.

However, the new technology of EV’s has come at a cost but Nissan believe the purchase of combustible engines and electric cars will equalise within the next decade.

The forecast came from Daniele Schillaci, who also told journalists that Nissan is working hard to move, as close as possible, to zero emission and autonomous vehicles.
