Very cheap. Hired Hyundai i10 for 12 Euro a day for 9 days. Cars are off-airport, and you have to call them when you arrive, but they are only 5 minutes away, so I did not wait long! Travelled over 1000km, including some bumpy Bulgarian country roads as well as on fast expressways. Near new car, no problems.
