There is plenty to see and do in Tirana. Take a walk over to the National History Museum, covering 27,000 sq. meters and offering a fascinating insight into Albania’s history, and the National Arts Gallery, showing Albanian Art which started in 1946. We also recommend the Grand Park of Tirana, home to a zoo, beautiful gardens and a picturesque and calming lake. The nightlife doesn’t disappoint either, and pre-covid times the bloc was the place to go for a good night out. There are still plenty of fantastic restaurants to visit and you can enjoy a nice buzz in the city in the evening, so why not rent a car and enjoy at your leisure.
