We are pleased to once again support local Milton Keynes charity, the Winter Night Shelter. The Winter Night Shelter are a fantastic charity who support the homeless, vulnerable and those with mental health struggles in Milton Keynes by providing:

• temporary emergency accommodation (November–March)
• a dedicated welfare team providing year-round support
• access to showers and washing/drying facilities
• links to support agencies
• advice and support to find permanent accommodation
• pathways to employment.

Richard Lowden, Green Motion CEO, commented, "As we get to the end of this year it is only right that we think of those who are less fortunate, and often through no fault of their own have fallen on hard times. We were pleased to be able to support this year by providing brand new bedding for their facility which gives respite to those individuals in need."

The Green Motion Head Office staff also donated various toiletries such as shower gel, toothpaste and sanitary products to help support those in the shelter and living homeless.

The Winter Night Shelter commented, "Thank you so much, Green Motion, for your very generous gift of single duvets, pillows, fitted sheets, and duvet/pillow cover sets for 20 beds. We will be able to use this to replace and improve equipment, bedding and supplies for the homeless men and women who use the winter night shelter. Your care makes so much difference to our guests – and we too are very grateful to receive support from the community around us."
