We had an excellent experience with Green Motion Car Rental. We booked through a third-party site and, when we thought we’d be late for our airport pickup, I contacted them. They went above and beyond by offering to personally deliver the car to our hotel outside Muscat. They also upgraded us from a Haval H6 to an H9 on the spot for a very reasonable price. The car felt brand new, was spotlessly clean, and Khalid, who delivered it, was incredibly friendly. We drove it into the desert, where it performed flawlessly. The team was also accommodating with the drop-off, agreeing to pick up the car at our hotel near the airport instead of the Shell station as I requested. Overall, fantastic service and a great experience—thank you!
